RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy

New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If we have shipped you the incorrect watch in error the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. To make a claim, please contact our customer service specialists at customerservice@eaglewatches.com

Shipping

Most orders are shipped by US Post Office Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available and can be selected at the time of purchase.

A tracking number will be issued upon shipment and emailed to the customer.

Sales Tax

A Sales Tax of 8.25% must be charged to all California customers.
